Terms of Business
Younique Designs Ltd enters into
contracts with each of its clients by exchange of letters
detailing the scope of works to be carried out along with
agreement to our standard Terms of Business.
For quick and easy reference and
the bit that everyone wants to know about - our pricing
structure is outlined below. These costs relate to Designs
for Living, Home Staging and Home Styling:

Initial 2 hour consultation
with verbal recommendations start at £150 (determined by
property size and location)

Full written and illustrated
reports detailing the recommendations, outline budgets,
suggested sub contractors and project management fees, start
at £300 (determined by property size and location)

Project Management - our
Project Management fees are dependant upon the scope of the
project and are related to the time likely to be taken to
complete it.

Photo Consultations - from £80
per room

De-cluttering - working with
the client - half day - from £225

Assisted Viewing - At an agreed
hourly rate with client or Estate Agent
If your project does not seem to

requirements. e.g. if you wish to redesign just one room.
