be a difficult task. By the 'right' tenant we mean someone
who will respect your property and keep it clean and tidy and
more importantly, will pay the rent on time every month. A
good tenant therefore is worth their weight in gold.

do you find the right tenant?
You can start
by creating a high demand for your property, this way
you can choose your tenant from those queuing to live there.
By styling your property before you put it on the rental market
you will increase both the interest and the rental value.
Tenants may not own the property in which they live, but it will
still be their home, by showing how your property could be
their home from the outset you will have tenants that renew their
contracts, look after your property and pay a premium in rent.

is listed or during listing, that with improvement, will increase its
rental value and desirability

detailing the recommended actions, including colour schemes and
product listings

recommendations including furniture hire packages

the landlords behalf, the contractors

the property comes back to the rental market
