This service is aimed at those about to put their property on the market and those who are struggling to sell their properties.  Ideally working with the whole property an assessment will be made of the factors contributing to the unsuccessful sale followed by recommendations for improvement. 

 Expenditure is kept to a minimum.

The desired result is to make a property more appealing to potential buyers so that they can see themselves living and fulfilling their aspirations in the home.  Expect to spend between 1% and 3% of the asking price on revitalising your home, this is less than the average price adjustment of 5% following an unsuccessful marketing period.  Our work and your investment will add value to your property and achieve a quicker sale for you.  We endeavor to use as many of your existing items of furniture and accessories as possible - this is not interior design but home staging - a method of presenting your property for sale.

 We will work with clients to:

• Establish why a property is struggling to receive offers at the asking price or very near it

• Establish elements within a property either before it is listed or during listing that with improvement will increase the property value and saleability

• Provide clients with a verbal and / or written report detailing the recommended actions

• Provide colour schemes and product listings in order that recommendations may be fulfilled where necessary

• Work with clients to implement the recommendations (if required)

• Appoint and manage, on the clients behalf, the contractors and suppliers needed to fulfil the recommendations (if required)

• Assist with viewings and host open houses
