harmonious, clean and uncluttered state sell faster than their
counterparts. They have what is known as strong buyer
appeal and naturally will command top market values for their
location.
A buyer will
choose a property that meets his needs and is the best home at
the best price of those available.
The majority of
sellers are not
able to see their homes as buyers do - even though they are
buyers themselves and as Estate Agents it can be difficult
advising your clients how to maximise the potential of their property
when they are unlikely to follow your advice as they see
you as the selling and marketing professional not as the design
professional.

Establish why a property is struggling to receive
offers at the asking price or very near it

Establish elements within a property either before it
is listed or during listing that with improvement will increase the
property value and saleability

Provide clients with a verbal and / or written report
detailing the recommended actions

Provide colour schemes and product listings in order
that recommendations may be fulfilled where necessary

Work with clients, if required, to implement the
recommendations

Appoint and manage, on clients behalf,
the contractors
and suppliers needed to fulfil the recommendations (if required)

Assist with
viewing and host open houses
